90-Night Trial If you are not completely satisfied with your Orthelya CloudAlign™ pillow within 90 nights of receiving your order, contact us and we will arrange a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund Email us at orthelya.contact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Conditions Items must be returned in reasonable condition. Original packaging is not required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
